Consumers FAQ
What happens when I buy
into a deal?
When you buy a group deal, you receive a
"Pending" status until the deal is valid because
enough consumers bought it or the deal will be off.
Once the deal is valid or on, your account
credit card will be processed for the requested deal
purchase.
Your account page "My Account" will provide all
of the details for status and gift voucher printing.
What is the Return and Cancellation Policy for
each deal?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If at
any time during your deal purchase, you are not
satisfied with RewardPal Inc. services, please
contact us. We'll do our best to resolve it.
Your voucher
purchase is considered as final.
You should address the voucher purchase with
the merchant.
However, if you are unable to contact the
merchant, please contact us at
support@rewardpal.net
You can cancel your deal commitment if the deal
is not on or active (has not reached the minimum
number of group purchase level). Otherwise, the deal
purchase is yours to enjoy or give away to friends
and family.

How Do I Send and Receive
Gift Vouchers?
Every voucher you buy is
qualified as a gift to be used personally or can be
given away to friends and family.
To release the voucher to others, please sign
it and give it away.
You can also send the gift voucher via
RewardPal Deals site by specifying your friends and
family email addresses.
Your friends and family will receive a link
to register (if not a member yet) to redeem the gift
voucher from their account.
When Can I Use the Gift
Voucher?
All gift vouchers are
valid until the expiration date noted on the
voucher.
Usually, the voucher can be used 24 hours after your
purchase is completed and your credit card is
processed.

How Do I Redeem a Gift
Voucher?
At the end of each deal, RewardPal will notify
you to access your account and print the gift
voucher.
Each voucher has a unique serial number. To redeem
your voucher, print it off, bring it into the
merchant and present it at the point of sale.
All of our merchants have been informed on how to
process RewardPal Deals vouchers.
If you purchase more than one voucher, you will
receive a PDF file with multiple vouchers to print
at one time. Each voucher will have a unique serial
number.
How Do I Get Rewarded?
RewardPal Deals values your support!
Get rewarded for buying deals. Get rewarded

Do I need ID to redeem my voucher?
It's recommended that you
always bring a valid ID with you, when redeeming
your voucher - even if you received the voucher as a
gift. The merchant may choose to record your name
and ID number to prevent fraud.
Can I buy into a deal
after the deal time expires?
Once time runs out, the
deal is over and it is no longer available for
purchase. If you tried to purchase the deal while it
was still active but your credit card was declined,
you may be able to still get the deal by contacting
us at:
support@rewardpal.net.
Is it safe to use my
credit card?
RewardPal Deals web site
uses the latest in secure online transaction
technology to ensure your credit card information is
safe at all times. The secure padlock symbol in your
browser confirms this. We never store your credit
card information.
RewardPal Inc. partners
with top payment processors such as Authorize.net.
Your credit card information is processed
securely through a secured and encrypted internet
communication protocol using Secure Socket Layer
connection (SSL) certificates from
highly regarded security firms.
RewardPal Inc. displays our partner logos
that are processing the financial transactions.
If I don't use the
individual voucher full value in one visit, can I
use the rest later?
The general policy is that you have to utilize
the voucher during one visit. You do not receive
store credit or cash back for whatever you don't
use.
However, you can speak with the merchant to redeem
the remainder of your voucher.
Can I combine my
individual vouchers with other offers or specials?
Unfortunately, No.
Unless the Merchant specifically provides
permissions for each deal.
Can I give my voucher to
someone else to use?
Most of the time, yes!
Most of
vouchers that we sell are fully transferable to your
friends and family. However, if your voucher is for
a special event or concert, it may not be
transferable. Please
check with the participating
merchant if you have further questions or contact us

What happens if a
merchant does not accept my voucher?
If a merchant does not honor your valid voucher
after providing a valid personal
identification, please contact us immediately. We
will resolve the issue by either contacting the
merchant or issuing a credit for the amount paid for
the voucher.

Print On Line Promotions from Each Merchant?
You can access any and all merchants FREE of charge
by simply selecting "View Merchants" or "View
Offers" from "Local Coupons" menu option.

Review
On Line Promotions for a Category such as Shopping?
You
can review any and all offers from any merchants by
selecting the proper merchant category or
subcategory.
You can also select the merchant by first
letter of the business name.

Print
On Line Promotions from Each Merchant?
You can simply browse the available categories for
an offer you would like and click either on the
offer text itself or on the "View Offer" link.
It will open the offer in a separate window
where you can then click on the "Print Offer" link.
You must be connected to a printer in order to print
your offer.

Save My Favorite Merchants and On Line Promotions?
Every consumer and user
that subscribe to our FREE service can create
an account to manage their personal contact
information, subscribe to merchants updates and to
search, save, share and print their special offers.
You can communicate with each merchant and
join their email distribution list

How much does it cost to Register and Print On Line
Promotions?
The service is FREE for
all consumers.
We want the consumer to have a complete

We created a nice simple tool to let you
